Golf Carts are available, but it is likely that golfers will take pleasure in the comfortable stroll from hole to hole. The par rating for men and women is 72, and the SAGA rating is 70 for men and 71 for women. The green boasts a delightful blend of Bayview Fairways and Kikuyu grasses. St Francis is a short car trip from Jeffrey’s Bay and now offers golfers a choice of two 18-hole course. The St Francis Bay Golf Club is one of these esteemed courses. It is a links-style course is ideal for most levels of golfing proficiency, and boasts a par of 71. This course was opened by Leighton Hulett in 1975, but only 9 holes were included. Since then, this course has been forced to grow and develop due to its popularity. This course is so popular, not only due to its superior layout and challenging holes, but also as a result of the idyllic setting in which it lies. Another exciting J’Bay development is the Jubilee Lakes Estate, home to the 18-hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
